A lot of my weight loss has come down to cutting out refined sugars and swapping for healthier alternative sweeteners. I have a terrible sweet tooth and with the many Lose Baby Weight recipes, they have helped me still enjoy my sweet treats guilt free!
I instantly noticed a change in my belly when I cut out refined sugars, my belly was a lot less bloated.

My tip is to make the healthy alternative sweet treats ahead of time so when that sugar craving hits you already have something quick to grab. Also freezing will help stop eating the whole batch that you just made. Take one step at a time and slowly reduce your sugar intake.

Chocolate Fudge Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 1/4 cup of fresh or dried dates
If you find your mixture is not binding well you can either add in a little water to bind or soak the dates in water first.
Method:
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and process for several minutes.
- Pour into baking tin lined with grease-proof paper. Or for something different press into ice cube trays.
- Chill, chop and serve.
Makes 8 serves at approx 170 calories a pop.
