So here at Lose Baby Weight we absolutely love sharing our favourite smoothie recipes.
Today we asked some of our Motivating Mums to give us their favourite smoothie combinations, so that you can get inspired to throw something new in the blender this week.
The Healthy Mummy Smoothies are a great way to start your day. They are packed with nutrition, keep you full until morning tea time, and they taste fab!

For Nicolene (who has lost more than 7.5kg with Lose Baby Weight) ‘this is still my go to option when I needed a sugar fix!’

Chloe Rizzi (who has lost over 18kg with Lose Baby Weight) says that at first she was a bit sceptical of this recipe. ‘I have always had this thing about drinking anything ‘green’ ie the spinach. But it was soooooo yummy and definitely one on the weekly list from now on.’

Angeline Hall (who has lost more than 10kg with Lose Baby Weight) says she is ‘still going strong with my daily Healthy Mummy Smoothies and have had some really tasty combinations this week. My favourite is the Maple Nut Smoothie. It tastes like you’re having pancakes for breakfast!’

  • Choc Vanilla Kiwi Banana Smoothie

Claire Kerr (who has lost over 11kg with Lose Baby Weight to hit her pre-baby goal) loves this combo. She says ‘The kiwi adds a great kick to it!’

  1. 250ml choc almond milk
  2. 2 x scoops vanilla Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
  3. 1 medium banana
  4. 1 kiwi fruit.

Blend till combined.

  • Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Liz Flett  (who lost 11kg with Lose Baby Weight) says her favourite smoothie is ‘just plain strawberry and banana with oats, the strawberry smoothie mix and some almond milk! Delish!’

Linda Hallas  (who has lost an incredible 40kg with Lose Baby Weight) says she is ‘somewhat boring – I love my banana and honey smoothie with all the Healthy Mummy flavors. I have this combo with them all!’

  • Classic Banana Smoothie

Jennifer Morschel (who has has lost 24kg with Lose Baby Weight) says her favourite smoothie recipe was ‘the basic banana with the vanilla Healthy Mummy mix and some mango. I always used almond milk – I got hooked it was so good!’

Eleanor Hannah (who has has lost 26kg with Lose Baby Weight) says she has been loving smoothies using watermelon. She says at first she ‘wasn’t sure how it would taste in a smoothie – but it rocks!’
