Ingredients:
- 200ml skim milk
- 1 tbls maple syrup
- 12g oats
- 10g raw walnuts
- Ice cubes
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 x tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie Vanilla Flavour
- Optional: 1/2 small banana
Blend for 2-3 minutes
