Hearty Green Pea Soup (202 calories)
Enjoying a mug of low calorie soup as a healthy snack is a great way to fill you up, and pack some extra veggies into your day.
Pesto, Spinach and Ricotta Rolls (180 calories)
Just 5 ingredients is all you need for these quick and easy hot rolls. These also taste great chilled for a picnic.
Parmesan & Pea Frittata (200 calories)
Frittata is delicious served hot or cold, and is a great way to make a healthy meal from quality ingredients such as eggs, herbs, cheese and vegetables.
You could also make this recipe in muffin tins for a more portable hot snack.
Cottage Cheese and Sultana Pikelets (271 calories)
The perfect rainy day snack, you will have to fight the kids for these tasty pikelets when they come off the frying pan.
