Eleanor Hannah has been motivating us all with her posts for the past few weeks.
This mum of three has already lost more than 23kg and has overcome some major obstacles along the way.

But both Miss 1 and Miss 3 came down with the flu, so we have been pretty house bound apart from our daily walks since last Friday.

I really didn’t want to pass the bugs around at the gym, so no gym for me this week but that’s where the Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Plan comes in.

Since it’s the end of my first month of being a Motivating Mum (yes I’m going to be back next month!) I thought I’d make this post a reflection over my May posts.
This month I have lost 2.6kg and in total I have now lost 23.1kg since almost 1 year ago so that’s almost 500gms a week.

It’s been a nice and steady weight loss, and that’s what Lose Baby Weight is all about.
In terms of measurements, I have lost 8.5cm in the month of May so I’m pretty happy about that.
My ultimate goal is 70kg so I have 6.4kg to go.
I’d like to be able to have that achieved by mid July, so am hoping to up my weight loss to 1kg a week.

That means that in the next month I need to step it up a bit, put 100% into my eating and exercising and start challenging myself, and it just so happens that Lose Baby Weight is doing a Winter Weight Loss Challenge.
I’m so excited about this challenge it will give me that extra push to help me achieve my goal.

I’m still loving making all my smoothies into warm ones, I always heat my milk up before blending then I add all my ingredients to the heated milk.

I usually do my meal planning on Fridays but have been super slack with kids being sick. This week I have been searching through the recipes on the Lose Baby Weight website and finding meals day to day, but am planning the week’s meals today.

Throughout this next month I will be posting my daily meals and exercise on Instagram I always tag Lose Baby Weight in my photos with the #losebabyweight so have a look.
So since it is almost June I’m starting the Winter Weight Loss Challenge as of today so will be using lots of recipes from the Winter Warmer Plan mmmmm yummy.  Time to start planning xox’
