Every month, a mum who is on the Lose Baby Weight plans will be writing about their journey, exercise, ups and downs and will be here to help motivate YOU and THEMSELVES along the way.

Last week we introduced Eleanor Hannah. She has already lost 20kg on the Lose Baby Weight plans and has overcome some major obstacles along the way. You can read Eleanor’s first post here.
We now have Eleanor’s second post and she has managed to get some great weight loss results even though she has been super busy.

Eleanor’s Motivating Mum Blog

‘Well its one week into the month already, and it’s been a full on week.
Our car broke down, we had to borrow a car to pick up family from the airport, and we had a birthday party which I made 4 cakes for on Saturday.
So today I feel like I’m starting to get on top of washing, cleaning, and dishes after everyone leaving on Sunday.
Eating wise it has been pretty good, I only had one slice of cake (hooray for me!)  and a couple of chocolates.
But I think if you are choosing to be healthy long term, you need to allow yourself some treats – cause I know if I ban everything unhealthy I crave those things and end up on a binge, and that’s not good.
We did so much walking and outdoor stuff this week, as with no car there was groceries to get which meant a walk into town, around town, to the park – which was great!
I managed to get to the gym yesterday which I had missed, and have been doing home workouts almost everyday.
I did find being so busy with people here, I fell into my old habit and forgot to eat at times – but that’s something I need to focus on a lot more.
But although my week has been great, I have been struggling getting my oomph back after everyone has gone home.
The kids haven’t been sleeping, a massive cold sore reared its ugly head, and the kids are all grumpy after a big 4 days with family.
But I got out in the sunshine and got some fresh air, the kids are both sleeping now and the house is getting back to some sort of order.
So don’t doubt the ability of getting your body moving and getting fresh air to lift your mood, it really does work.

This week my plan is to get to the gym Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday for a class, and do the Lose Baby Weight exercises from the 28 day plan every day.

I am following the Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan and am loving all the meals in the program. I have used the recipes for a year now, they don’t get old or boring either. I love the Healthy Mummy Smoothies too – below is a picture of my little girl helping me make one and having a sip!

I really want to carry on getting outside with the kids more, as it has been so good for my mood.’
