The healthy mummy smoothie is the perfect breakfast for any busy mum. The smoothies can be made ahead of time (like the night before) and stored in the fridge.
A quick shake a and there you have your breakfast ready to go!

Bircher Muesli is a great breakfast to have. You can make this ahead of time and store in an airtight container or individual containers/jars for up to a week. All that you need to do in the morning is add some fresh/frozen berries, seeds, coconut and you will have your yummy breakfast ready to go!

Who doesn’t love pancakes! And they are fantastic to make a big batch ahead of time and freeze into meal portions.
All that you need to do is get your portions out of the freezer and into the microwave, heat, add fresh fruit and a dollop of greek yoghurt on top and you are good to go!

Savoury muffins are a great grab and go breakfast. Again they can be made ahead of time and frozen but you can also make your muffins packed full of vegetables meaning you get an extra serve in for the day! Perfect!
Some great alternatives are mini frittatas, pumpkin, goats cheese and parmesan muffins and zucchini, spinach and ham muffins.

Overnight oats are fantastic for all of the porridge lovers out there! You can pre-make the night before in a bowl/jar and all you need to do in the morning is stir and add your fruits. You can even heat your overnight oats on cold mornings too.
Some awesome recipes are choc-mint overnight oats, basic overnight oats and apple and cinnamon overnight oats .
