If you are a breastfeeding mum and want to boost your milk supply you may have already seen or tried some of our delicious lactation cookies and raw lactation ball recipes on our website.
But if you want another option, why not boost your Healthy Mummy Smoothie with some extra milk-making ingredients?
Brewer’s yeast is the secret ingredient of our lactation cookies and is perfectly suited to a smoothie. The flavour is easily disguised with fruit and Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder.
The great news is that the Healthy Mummy Smoothies are already breastfeeding friendly. They are packed with vitamins and minerals which already support your milk supply. You can read more on what makes our smoothie different here.
By adding the extra flaxseed and the Brewer’s yeast (it is available from health food shops – don’t skip this ingredient) you will be giving your body a boost that could help increase your milk supply for your little one.
