Motivating Mum of two, Cherina Ring, shares her update on losing 9kgs with Lose Baby Weight and how she is enjoying the healthy lifestyle change.

Hi everyone,

I thought I would share my weight loss progress, I am so happy about how my body has changed by following the Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Diet and Exercise plan and eating healthily and exercising. I did my measurements this week and I was so surprised how they went down. I have lost a few centimetres all over my body, toned up and have become more energetic everyday.

I now weigh in at 52kgs and I’m close to my goal weight of 50kg – I’ve lost a total of 9kgs so far. I really love the Lose Baby Weight program as it is helped me and taught me a lot on how to prepare and cook yummy delicious food for my family that they enjoy but that also helps me to lose weight and be healthy.

I would like to say thank you to Lose Baby Weight  for the great effort and dedication in creating the plans that help a lot of busy mums and their families. It is not only me who benefits with the healthy life style change but also my kids. We all enjoy the healthy eating lifestyle.
