Tasheena Snow has lost over 43kgs and shares her top tips for a healthy lifestyle with Lose Baby Weight.

Hi my name is Tasheena and I have lost 43.6kgs following the Lose Baby Weight Plans, I have gone from a size 20-22 to a size 8-10 in 20 months. I am a Mum to 3 kids, a 5yr old daughter and 2 sons 3.5yrs and a 2yrs old.

My top tips for a healthy lifestyle…..

  • ResultsTry new foods even if at first you don’t like the taste try it again and again. There has been many foods I didn’t like at first and now I love. You will be surprised how fast your taste buds change.
  • Drink lots of water, always aim for a minimum of 2 litres a day. I am for 4-5 litres a day
  • Try and find a exercise you like as will keep you more motivated to do it. I love Pilates and can’t wait for the next 28 Day Challenge as this now includes Pilates. I also love running.

  • If you find it hard to fit in exercise see my top tips for squeezing it in during the day.
  • Aim to do some activity 30-45mins a day even if you break it up over the day doing 10-15mins here and there. Try the Lose Baby Weight DVD for quick effective workouts. This is what I did in the beginning and it helped increase my energy and fitness.

  • Eat more regularly throughout the day as it helps speeds up the metabolism.
  • Try eating more protein and fibre rich foods to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
  • Plan ahead, sit down and write out your weekly food plan and workout plan and stick it on the fridge. Trust me you will be more obligated to follow it.
  • Believe in yourself! Keep telling yourself that you can do this! Thinking positive plays a big part in losing weight.
