Motivating Mum of 3 Tasheena Snow has lost 39kgs with Lose Baby Weight and shares her update on fitting in exercise and is excited for the 28 Day Winter Weight Loss Challenge!

Hi my name is Tasheena, I’m a stay at home Mum to 3 kids under 4.5yrs and have been following the Lose Baby Weight plans for 14 months and have been a Motivating Mum for the month of June.
For the month of June my weight loss has stalled but I’m not worried as I have been here many times before. Over the 14 months of using the Lose Baby Weight plans I have lost 39kgs, my weight is sitting around 73-74kgs and my goal is to get to 69kgs.
Even though my weight loss has stalled my body is still changing. I haven’t measured myself but I can tell in my clothes and the shape of my body.
I have been eating from the Lose Baby Weight website and 28 Day Diet and Exercise book plus the Comfort Eating Weight Loss Plan, I have 1-2 Healthy Mummy Smoothies a day (my favourite is the Banana Oat Buster Smoothie).
I have also found myself slipping back into old habits of comfort eating due to home life being hectic and I haven’t been able to fit in the exercise as I used to, due to lots of interruptions which has got me down a bit, a main factor to my weight loss plateau. So I’m going to give it my all with the 28 Day Winter Weight Loss Challenge to reach my goal of 69kgs, I’ll be happy if I see 70kgs!
As my workouts have reduced, mainly I haven’t been able to go on my treadmill which I love for walking and running, so that has stopped. I have been using the Healthy Mummy Post Pregnancy Exercise DVD when I can. Using the short 10-15min segments. Doing my own workouts in the morning consisting of weights, toning exercises and core exercises. I try and fit in a couple of HIITS during the week to keep my fitness up and shake the routine a bit. I also try and squeeze in as much exercise as I can during the day while I do the washing and folding the laundry or picking up the many endless toys off the floor, doing marching steps, lunges, squats and focusing holding in my core.
I had my son’s 3rd Birthday on the 23rd of June and made the Double Layer cake as seen on the Today Show from the Guilt Free Chocolate and Baking Book. I just changed the topping a bit and turned it into a construction cake, everyone loved it!
I am loving the Healthy Mummy and Lose Baby Weight Private Facebook Support Group, full of so many lovely inspiring and motivating ladies! I’m so excited for the 28 Day Winter Weight Loss Challenge and can’t wait for the 1st of July!!!
