Hi I’m Bell (Belinda) and I’m a Lose Baby Weight Motivating Mum for July.
I have 5 kids, a ten year old, 9 year old, 4 year old and twin 1 year old boys. So as you can imagine I’m super busy.
My motivation for getting serious with my weight loss was a photo of me from Easter this year. I was stuffing my face with a butter covered hot cross bun and it was a very unflattering angle! I knew it was time to buckle down and get serious about losing my baby weight!
I started using the Lose Baby Weight Healthy Mummy Smoothies as I just didn’t have time for breakfast. I knew that the best way to lose weight was to get my metabolism going first thing in the morning. I would often skip breakfast and lunch and then not eat until school pick up, where I would go through a take away drive through and binge on high fat foods with empty calories.

I’m breastfeeding my twin boys and I found the shakes really helped boost my supply too!
