Motivating Mum Kristy Loses 20.3kgs With Lose Baby Weight

The incredible Kristy Tidey has lost an amazing 20.3kgs in 7 months with Lose Baby Weight and shares her update and is ready to smash the 28 Day Winter Weight Loss Challenge!


Hi everyone,
Time for another update from me.  I have been using the Lose Baby Weight Plans since November and I have lost 20.3kgs.
The month of June was a stressful one for me and I didn’t achieve what I wanted for myself in terms of weight loss, however it was a success in one way – I have managed to maintain my current weight.  I’m proud of myself for not using stress and illness as an excuse to gobble everything in sight!  What I love about the Lose Baby Weight Plans is that it’s helped me to change the way I think about food.
My favourite Healthy Mummy Smoothie to have is the Vanilla Smoothie.  I’ve been using it a lot with frozen mango or mixed berries.  I love that you can add anything to make the flavour you want.  Throughout June my slow cooker was a life saver, and I tried a lot of new low fat slow cook recipes from the Lose Baby Weight website.  My favourites are the BBQ Slow Cooked Pulled Chicken and the Beef Ragu.

I am now really excited about the 28 Day Winter Weight Loss Challenge and can’t wait to get back on track properly.  The new recipes all look delicious and I am looking forward to trying them all.  Exercise will be a big focus for me during the Winter Weight Loss Challenge and I plan to do the daily exercises from the challenge as well as gym classes.
It’s really great to see how supportive everyone is in the Lose Baby Weight Facebook support group and I think doing the Winter Challenge together will make it really fun and motivating.  Let’s smash this!
