The smoothies are a quick, filling and super healthy alternative when you are pressed for time to make something from the healthy eating plan.
Creamy Avocado Smoothie
Avocados are full of healthy fats and are a fantastic food to include in your healthy diet. You can read some more about avocados here.
- 2 Tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 250ml Skim Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 60g Banana
- 12g Coconut
- 30g Avocado
- 20g Mayver’s Peanut cacao spread
- 20g Alpine Coconut Yoghurt
Blend for a few minutes, sprinkle with a bit of coconut and enjoy

Sweet Potato Chai Smoothie
Sweet potatoes are much better for you than you’d expect, containing lots of fibre and plenty of vitamins and nutrients and are perfect to include in your healthy diet.
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 250ml Skim Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 50g Steamed Sweet Potato (cook some extra the night before)
- 12g LSA
- 50g Banana
- 1tsp Ground Cinnamon
Blend for about a minute, sprinkle with some cinnamon and enjoy!

- 2 Tbsp Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 250ml Low Fat Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 15g Oats
- 50g Fresh/Frozen Strawberries
- 1 tbs Chia Jam
- 8g chia seeds
Blend on high for 2-3 mins and then enjoy

Dark Chocolate Cherry Ripe Smoothie

- 2 Tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie
- 250ml Low Fat Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 30g Alpine Coconut Yoghurt
- 12g Coconut Flakes
- 50g Frozen Cherries
- Dark hot chocolate powder – to sprinkle on top (I used Vittoria)
Blend for a few minutes, sprinkle with some coconut and dark hot chocolate powder and enjoy

- 2 Tbsp Vanilla healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Oats
- 250ml low fat milk
Blend on high for 2-3 mins and then enjoy!
