My name is Kat Brown and I am a self confessed sweet tooth!!! I LOVE dessert and a sweet snack and with the help of Lose Baby Weight I have been able to include sweet snacks into my healthy eating plan and have lost 27kgs.
Often we think when losing baby weight that we can never ever ever enjoy a sweet snack or treat again!

So today I have put together my Top 10 Sweet Snacks that myself and the whole family enjoy.

1. peanut butter and chocolate cookies

These cookies are quick and easy to make, freeze well and always hit the spot with a cup of green tea in the afternoon.

2. banana & orange delight

This is perfect when you are short on time and want to throw something together that is FULL of flavour.

3.  dark chocolate & strawberry parfait

This dessert can also be eaten as a snack and is enjoyed by kids and grown-ups! You can make extra serves and freeze for a quick yummy treat.

4. Guilt free banana split ice cream

This is amazing! Super quick and has limited ingredients that I always have on hand. The kids love it too!

5. mango lime & strawberry icy poles

These are a regular snack in the warmer months and so much better for you than a regular icy pole.

6. Triple Berry Parfait

My kids and I both enjoy this one alot! I pre-make the oat topping and have it stored in the pantry for a quick assembly.

7. almond & cacao fudge bars

These are so good you will think that they are not healthy! They satisfy any sweet tooth and can be enjoyed many different ways-frozen or with yoghurt.

8. Lemon & coconut bliss balls

These are a great grab and go sweet fix. They freeze well and are enjoyed by everyone. I usually swap the almonds for oats and they then taste just like lemon slice!

9. oaty sultana bars

Muesli bar? Yes please! These bars taste just like a muesli bar and make the best sweet fix when out having coffee or visiting the shops.

10. Chocolate fudge bites

These are delicious! They taste just like chocolate fudge and only have 2 ingredients! I make these in bulk, roll coconut and freeze.
They are great for the kids lunchboxes too and you can find them in the Guilt Free Chocolate Baking Book
