Raw Carrot Dip

Simply put 3 large carrots, the juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of ground cumin, a teaspoon of crushed garlic and a tablespoon of olive oil in a food processor and blend together until the carrots have been chopped into small pieces. Blend for longer for a smoother texture. Top with fresh dill.

Pea & Mint Dip

Blend together 150 grams green peas (cooked or fresh), 1 tablespoon of fresh mint, cracked pepper, a teaspoon of olive oil,  juice of half a lemon and 100 grams of reduced fat ricotta cheese. Top with some more fresh, chopped mint.

Zesty Cottage Cheese Dip

Mix together 240 grams reduced-fat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped chives, a teaspoon lemon zest and juice of half a lemon. Garnish with some more fresh, chopped chives.

Beetroot Dip

Blend together 1 cup raw, chopped beetroot, juice of half a lemon, half a clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon parsley, half a red onion,  1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of tahini and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Serves: 4. Calories per serve: 123

Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This warm and filling dip is perfect for the cooler months, is high in calcium & folate,  and contains only 146 calories per serve.
