“Hi Lose Baby Weight
I’ve got a new smoothie recipe for the weekly competition to win the $100 Myer voucher, I call it Raspberry Refresh 🙂
Ingredients
- 2 Tblspn Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- Tea (I used 2 teaspoons of ‘T2 Very Berry Fruitea, but anything Berry flavoured would work)
- Boiled water
- Cup Skim Milk
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup frozen cucumber
Pour the boiled water over the tea and leave to brew while it cools.
Once cooled, the tea and all other ingredients to the blender, whizz for a couple of minutes and then enjoy.
I like my smoothies quite watered down so I brewed my tea in a mug full of boiled water, as if I was making a normal cup of tea but you can use as little as 1/4 cup of water if you like your smoothies thicker.
Also, as cucumber is one of my new favourite smoothie ingredients, I have a stash of chopped cucumber in my freezer which means I don’t need to use ice and it’s quick and easy – no slicing and dicing first thing in the morning. 🙂
