Hello Beautiful Mummas.
Welcome July- Winter Weightloss Challenge Month! Woohoo!!

Ah what an end to June! In life sometimes it doesn’t just rain it pours.
Third week in June and I had my eldest son sick with a cold and my youngest teething badly- molars! This meant I was getting little sleep and was relying heavily on coffee to get through each day.
After a busy weekend preparing for the 28 Day Winter Weight Loss Challenge and some poor food choices. I was 100% committed and prepared to start afresh. Starting with the 3 Day Cleanse before the Winter Weight Loss Challenge which meant giving up coffee.
Day 1. I woke. No coffee, all going well then my middle son ended up in hospital. This led to a crazy week of little sleep, a lot of worry and stress, travel to & from the hospital while juggling two kids. Oh and no exercise– apart from walking in and out of the hospital.
The cafe at the hospital was convenient and had a lot of temptations and when stressed I couldn’t resist. So 5 days of bad food choices has left me feeling terrible and with a horrible headache that won’t go away.
TOMORROW is a new day and a chance to start again. I will be catching up on the exercises from the 28 Day Winter Weight Loss Challenge in the coming days. I’m also starting the 3 day cleanse (out of the Healthy Spring and Summer Cookbook). After this I will start on the Winter Weight Loss Challenge meal plan.
My biggest achievement for June has been losing 18cms between my belly, waist and bum. I have also managed to fit into a size medium pair of Lorna Jane gym pants (something I never thought was possible).
My weight for June hasn’t really moved but I suspect the past week of horrible food choices has not helped.
I’m extremely excited to be back on board in July as a Motivating Mum. I will be posting my meals and daily exercises in the Healthy Mummy and Lose Baby Weight Private Support Group Facebook Page.
My two goals for July are to focus on eating well and making as many meals out of the Winter Weight Loss Challenge as possible. Also to complete the daily exercises.
Measurements at end of June

  • Top of Belly: 83cms- 4cms lost since start of June.
  • Belly Button: 93cms- 3cms lost since start of June.
  • Hips: 101cms- 4cms lost since start of June.
  • Bum: 104cms- 7cms lost since start of June.
