Pear Berry Pop Smoothie

This smoothie is packed full of fibre making it a great smoothie for you if you are struggling to feel “full” when following your healthy eating plan.

Blend all ingredients together on high until very well combined and enjoy!

Coffee Heaven Smoothie

Being a mum you often crave a coffee in the morning so why not try it in your smoothie?

  • 250ml skim milk
  • 2tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5tsp coffee
  • 8 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients for 2-3 mins until well combined

Banana Split Surprise Smoothie

This smoothie looks like your average smoothie but when you hit the centre you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It is also packed full of protein which is a great inclusion into your diet as it helps to keep you fuller for longer

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2tbsp vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1tbsp yoghurt of choice
  • 1 date
  • 3 almonds

Blend the milk, banana, HM mix and half the yoghurt together
Pour 3/4 of the mixture into your glass
Put the date into the blender with leftover mixture
Process to make a thick Carmel sauce.
Pour the Carmel mixture into the centre of smoothie mix in your glass
Put remaining mixture into the centre of smoothie (it will sink into the centre)
Top with crushed almonds

Choc Cherry Smoothie

Cherries are packed full of antioxidants and are a great inclusion into your diet

  • 1/4 Banana
  • 2tbsp Healthy Mummy chocolate smoothie mix
  • 1 tsp Cacoa
  • 5 Cherries
  • 1 tsp Dessicated coconut
  • 5 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients together for 2-3 mins until completely combined
300 Cals per serve

Kewi Berry Extreme Smoothie

This smoothie is an extreme antioxidant immune boosting blaster! Great to include into your weekly diet to help give your immune system a boost

  • 200ml Skim Milk
  • 2tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit
  • 1/3 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 Medjool Date
  • 1 Tsp LSA

Blend all together and enjoy!
