The smoothies are a quick, filling and super healthy alternative when you are pressed for time to make something from the healthy eating plan.
Strawberry Chia Smoothie
Chia seeds are a nutritional powerhouse and are packed full of fibre, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids and are the perfect addition to your Healthy Mummy Smoothie.

- 150ml Skim Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 100ml Water
- 2tbsp Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 5 frozen Strawberries
- 8 Ice Cubes
- 1tbsp Chia Seeds
Blend all ingredients on high for 2–3 mins until well combined and enjoy!

- 250ml Almond and coconut Milk (or milk of your choice)

- 1/2 a Banana
- 1 shot of Coffee ( or 1 tbsp Instant )

- 1/4 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp Oatbran (or rolled oats)
- 5 ice cubes
Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined

Blend for 2 -3 minutes

- Handful Spinach
- 1/2 Banana
