‘Hi yummy mummies this is my second post as Motivating Mum in June.
This week I did my exercises every day from the 28 Day Plan. I love that it’s so easy to do at home around my kids.
I missed out on going for a walk a couple days as it was raining – which I hate – as I love getting out with my kids.
I did Zumba at home 3 times which was hard work, but I felt great for doing it.

And I started doing 100 squats every night and will be increasing that over the month.

I am still loving all the dinners from the 28 Day Plan and it’s so easy to plan our meals and work out a shopping list.
I am trying out new Healthy Mummy Smoothies but still have my favorites – one being a green smoothie made with banana and spinach.

Over the weekend my husband and I went away for our wedding anniversary.
I planned out my snacks and smoothies and took them all along with my blender and the Healthy Mummy Smoothies.
I stuck to my food and the first night for dinner my husband made the veggie pizza from the 28 Day Plan (yummy!) and the second night we went out for dinner.
Instead of the usual chips and burger or unhealthy food options, I had steak and steamed veggies. I was looking forward to it all week. My treat for the weekend was some wine.

We walked a lot and walked up the summit there, it was hard but worth it. I proved to myself that I could have a nice holiday, relax a bit without the kids and could still be active and eat healthy.

I am looking forward to next week.

My goals for this week are:

  • To increase my number of squats
  • Go for a walk everyday and to do Zumba 3 times a week

My stats for the week are:

  • Weight 63kg down to 62.1kg – a loss of 0.9kg.

My measurements are:

  • Bust the same
  • Waist 93cm down to 92cm.
  • Hips 100cm down 98cm.
