This month we would like to introduce you to Nicole Daniels. Nicole has been following the Lose Baby Weight Plan for 9 weeks and has already lost an incredible 10 kilograms.
We hope that by sharing her story she can inspire you to reach your weight loss and fitness goals too.

‘My name is Nicole Daniels and all my life I have been struggling with my weight.
In 2010 I had my beautiful daughter and put on 30 kilos. I lost some weight and then in 2012 I had my son and put on 20 kilos.
I then lost a little bit of weight but was never happy with myself.
Then one day I saw Lose Baby Weight on Facebook and knew that’s what I needed to do to change my life.
I started doing the 28 Day Plan and having the Healthy Mummy Smoothies for breakfast and lunch.
I love the healthy mummy smoothies and all the healthy recipes taste great (my husband loves them too).
I have been on the plan for 9 weeks and have lost 10 kilos.
I have been picked to be a Motivating Mum of the Month to help the other mums as I continue my weight loss.
My goal for the month is to lose 3.1 kilos to get me back into the 50 kilo range and also to get down to a healthy BMI of under 25.
As well as going for a walk everyday and doing the exercises from the 28 Day Plan, I am planning on also doing Zumba at home 2 days a week and going to a class or two at the local gym. And of course keep up my healthy eating.
My current stats:
Weight: was 73 now 63
Bust: was 105 now 95
Waist: was 108 now 93
Hips: was 110 now 100
I look forward to this month and my main motivation is my beautiful kids.
