You spoke and we listened! We are always so grateful for all the feedback we get on theLose Baby Weight weight loss and healthy eating plans and we always listen to what you want and need and implement as much of it as possible.
A few weeks ago we asked for feedback on what you would like to see on our website and what could make it an even better tool for mums trying to lose weight and get healthy post baby and we had a fantastic level of response with lots of ideas which we have nearly implemented all of them!
We have listed all the changes we have made below and once again thank you so much for your amazing feedback!
- We have listed the calories per serve on all the weight loss recipes on the site
- We upgraded the BMR calculator to include the exercise exertion tool to give a better guage of how many calories you need each day
- We wrote a detailed article on the different types of stomach fat
- We wrote an article on the best exercises to tone the stomach area
- We created a list of low fat breakfast weight loss recipes
- We created a list of low fat lunch weight loss recipes
- We have uploaded a list of vegetarian recipes
- We have brought out a 28 Day Breastfeeding Friendly Diet & Exercise Plan which can be done with or without our smoothies
- We are about to launch the weight loss members area which is a free tool for you to track your weight loss and exercise
- We are creating lots of new recipes each week
- We have lots of new fabulous results from mums who have lost their weight so you can be inspired to do the same
- We have lots more promotions coming so keep your eyes peeled
