This is one of the best, and ideal if you love a Smoothie for breakfast. Just add a few healthy ingredients to your favourite milk or water and the Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder, and you have a nutrient loaded meal in minutes.
Wake Up Smoothie
Ingredients
- 250ml milk of choice
- 2 scoops chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie
- 1 tsp decaf instant coffee
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 almonds, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 2 tbsp oats
Method
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
Recipe makes 1 serve, 318 calories per serve.
