Hi everyone its Tasheena and so far this month I have continued having my smoothies and eating the lose baby weight meals.
I have now lost 36kgs* and I am SO happy about that.
I usually cook alot of meals and then freeze them for later on which comes in handy for those CRAZY busy days or slack nights.

I made a big batch of my weetbix balls for the school and daycare xmas break up parties and just left the peanut butter out, everyone loved them!
I have had a few blow outs eating takeaway and going to birthday parties but I don’t let that get me down, I just get back on the wagon and make some healthy lose baby weight snacks, have my healthy mummy smoothies and do a bigger workout- it is all about balance!
Looking forward to cooking from the lose baby weight xmas cookbook, I love the gingerbread men!
I haven’t lost any weight and still sitting around the 76-78kg mark and aiming to get to 72kgs. Hopefully by the end of December I can get under 75kgs.
