For any mum finding enough time to eat properly can be hard and this is why so many mums can struggle with losing the baby weight. Plus combine this with constant sleep deprivation and coping with your baby and following a weight loss plan or exercise regime can seem like an impossible task!
This is the reason we started up Lose Baby Weight. As we wanted to help mums lose their pregnancy weight in a way that suited their time poor lifestyle and which gave them more energy to cope with the demands of motherhood.
We aim to give as much free advice as possible to support and help mums and also have our nutrition and weight loss plans that focus on having a tasty smoothie for breakfast and/or lunch which literally takes a couple of minutes to make, is packed full of nutrition, is breastfeeding safe, keeps you going, helps to boost your metabolism and gives you lots of natural energy
With the smoothies we give you lots of recipes to make tasty variants ans we also give you heaps of ‘real food’ meal recipes and snacks to have at other meal times and through out the day.  Have a look at some of our smoothie videos below and get creative with your smoothies too.
