Ingredients
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 50 mls water
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- Handful of ice
- 1 big silverbeet leaf
- 1/2 banana
- Handful spinach
- Chia seeds 1 tblspn
- 1/2 mandarin
Method
- Place all of your ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins, you want your smoothie to be smooth and creamy
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle extra chia seeds on top if you wish
- Enjoy
