My story started 1 year ago, November 3rd 2014. A week prior, I found Lose Baby Weight on Facebook and said to my partner that I was going to try it. He looked at me with such hope, but sadness in his eyes. He had watched me try 1000 different diets and fail…miserably.
I was 145kg and I was a walking heart attack waiting to happen. In hopes I would succeed, he agree’d and even paid for my subscription. I remember clearly saying “this is either going to save my life, or I am going to die this way…”
One year later, 36kg lost, too many cm’s to even mention gone, I am a new woman. I am a better Mother.
During my pregnancy three years ago I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and depression and put onto medication for both. I now stand here today, medication free. I no longer take drugs to fix my health issues. I eat properly to fix my health issues.
I drink a smoothie a day, sometimes two depending on my busy schedule; my partner and daughter both eat 28 Day Weight Loss challenge food and adore it! I now go to the gym 5 nights a week and go on a walking group 1-2 times a week with my local Healthy Mummy consultant on the Sunshine Coast, Ashleigh!
