Shannon shares her story of already losing 4kgs after starting with the Lose Baby Weight plans recently. She is loving following a healthy eating diet plan and finding the best way to lose weight.
My name is Shannon and I’m a busy mum to two energetic boys (5 and 2). I got to the point that saying it was baby weight was no longer working for me – after all it’s been 2 years now since I had my last baby.

I found Lose Baby Weight after many many attempts of weight loss! It just popped up in my Facebook newsfeed and it was the best link I have ever clicked through.
I ordered the Essentials Pack that included three Healthy Mummy Smoothie flavours, fish oil caps, the 28 Day Meal Plan book, the Guilt Free Chocolate Cookbook and the Post Pregnancy Exercise DVD and I have not regretted it at all.
First off I started having two Healthy Mummy Smoothies a day for breakfast and for lunch and then I would use a 28 Day Meal Plan recipe for dinner. Not only did I find I was losing centimetres but the convenience and the ease of the recipes also made it worthwhile, plus the family ate the recipes as well so it has been really easy to transition!
I was fitting in exercise wherever I could and made a commitment to exercise everyday – it didn’t matter what it was just as long as I kept moving. Sometimes it was a 45 minute walk with my boys, sometimes it was a 30 minute run on the treadmill while the kiddies slept during the day or the healthy mummy workout DVD at night, the point was I was moving!
I am now 4KG lighter and 28cm smaller!! I have just recently upped my exercise regime and have joined a gym – I’m even lifting weights which is way out of my comfort zone but I’m loving it and there is no way I would be where I am now if it weren’t for The Healthy Mummy Smoothies, the Lose Baby Weight plans and the support.
