Hi Guys, I just wanted share my progress on the Lose Baby Weight pregnancy weight loss plans so far plus share a healthy mummy smoothie recipe I am currently enjoying.
I have lost 2.8 kg in a little over 2 weeks!! Seems like a lot but I think that shows that I was eating far too much of the wrong thing…plus finishing off all of my toddlers uneaten food as I hate waste!!
I have never eaten healthier & am feeling more energised, which is exactly what I needed as I am chasing a toddler and a 5 month old baby around! I feel my milk supply has increased to handle the demand of my baby and she is even sleeping better at night time.
I am enjoying the healthy eating recipes on the site for dinners & snacks. My toddler helps out in the kitchen and always wants what I have, so he is eating better as a result.
I don’t see it as a diet as I am rarely hungry with all the healthy snacks I am eating. We are just transforming the way we eat. My husband even likes the chocolate/ chickpea protein biscuits….but Shhhhh he doesn’t know there are chickpeas in them!!
Early hurdles included lunch out for father’s day (Chinese – daddy’s choice) & Lose Baby Weight kindly responded to my email & provided healthier alternatives to keep me on track.
Chocolate Banana Coconut Rough smoothie
- 2Tbsp chocolate healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 2Tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp coconut
- Half a banana
- 1 tsp walnut & cashew spread
- 200mls skinny milk
- 1tsp cocoa powder
blend it all together and drink……
