Do you love caramel? Then do we have the smoothie for you! This yummy Salted Caramel Smoothie can be enjoyed to breakfast, lunch or even an indulgent snack and can help you to lose baby weight and reduce stomach fat.
This smoothie recipe is higher in calories than some but you can adjust the recipe to suit your calorie needs.
Ingredients
- 1 serve of the 4 ingredient caramel sauce
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1/2 frozen banana
- A couple of pinches of salt (to taste)
- 2 scoops vanilla Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
- 250ml light milk
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on high until very well combined
- Enjoy!
