Hi my name is Romany Harvey and I would love to be one of the motivating mummy’s for the 100 day challenge!
I first come across the Lose Baby Weight program 3 years ago as a 21 year old new mum who was miserable with my body, I have struggled with body issues for years and had a big habit of losing weight in unhealthy and unrealistic ways followed by falling off the band wagon only to put all the weight plus more on.
Healthy Mummy weight loss plans have honestly changed my life. Losing 17kgs and being in the best shape I have ever been in is honestly just a bonus compared to the amazing feeling of actually living a happy, healthy and balanced life.

I have kept this 17kgs off for the last year and a half and that in its self is an achievement for me! I am a very time poor busy working mum who wants to help motivate and show all the other mummy’s like myself that it is possible to reach your goals and have a healthy family while you’re balancing your busy life.
I was once one of those women from the outside looking in at all these women with amazing transformations and wishing it could be me so I want to motivate and inspire that it can be them as well.
