Linda’s Healthy Mummy Smoothie recipe has a “White Choc” ingredient that you would never think to try in a smoothie!
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Healthy Mummy vanilla smoothie mix
1 cup of milk (I used light soy)
1/2 cup raspberries
1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp raw cashews
Method
I blend the coconut & cashews first into a fine powder
Then add all other ingredients to blender & blend for 2-3 mins.
Enjoy!
