Rachael Hall shares an important lesson she’s learnt since being on the Lose Baby Weight plans. Following a healthy eating diet plan and exercising to lose weight should become part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle:
Hi ladies!
So I have had an up and down couple of months, I had lost 35kg and was feeling amazing with myself and sadly let myself go a little silly. I have since got back on track and learnt a very important lesson –  it is not all about losing weight but living a healthy lifestyle and maintaining it.

I have since begun to lose the 4kg I regained and also have been focusing a lot more of my time preparing and cooking new healthy meals and treats. At the moment my favourite treat to cook would have to be the Chickpea Cookies! There is no better way to relax In the afternoon than with a crunchy chickpea cookie, a tea and a book!
I would also like to take a bit of time to tell everyone who is reading this that you CAN do it! And that you are stronger than you think!

We all make mistakes we all can fall off the wagon every now and then but do not let that define you, or your journey. There is no shame in being human –  just pick yourself back up and continue on your journey!
