Rachael’s Update

Hello again!
It’s me again, I was made a “Motivating Mum” 2 weeks ago and loving every minute of it! Since starting this month I have lost almost another 4kg, bringing my total to almost 18kg gone on the Lose Baby Weight plans!!!
I am loving feeling my pants start to be incredibly baggy, and being able to wear clothes I would have had no chance on wearing a few months ago.
I am still loving my healthy mummy smoothies everyday for breakfast and lunch! My favorite would have to be Strawberry healthy mummy smoothie mix, with raspberry’s and strawberry’s I honestly must have that almost everyday at least once!
Over the last few weeks I have tried mixing up my workouts to maximize there affects, and to work on certain areas. I have said this before and will say it again The lose baby weight DVD is the best for that! I am really trying to tone my legs at the moment so I love being able to do the Cardio workout to work up a sweat, then move right along to working on my legs.
I am looking forward to my next two weeks and cannot wait too see where my weight is sitting at that time.
