A big thank you to motivating mum Hayley Lloyd (who has lost over 18kg from following our plans) for sending in her yummy Picnic Smoothie for us all to try.
This smoothie is great to have on days that you are needing that chocolate hit!


  • 2 tbsp. Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 15g Mayvers Peanut Cacao Spread
  • 4 dried dates, pre-soaked in boiling water
  • 30g rolled oats
  • 250ml unsweetened almond and coconut milk
  • handful of ice


  • Pre-soak dates in boiling water for 10-15mins
  • Drain date and add them plus the remaining ingredients into a blender
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins until it is all very well combined
  • Enjoy!
