Following a healthy eating diet plan is easy when you enjoy it and love creating new flavours and tastes for you and your family to enjoy. Here, Eleanor Hannah who has been following the Lose Baby Weight plans for almost three years shares one of her favourite Healthy Mummy Smoothie combos.

I have been using the Lose Baby Weight healthy eating plans and 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges as well as enjoying the yummy Healthy Mummy Smoothies daily, for almost three years and I still loooove them!
This smoothie combination is delicious warm or cold. If you’d like to try it warm, heat the milk before blending.

Oaty Delight Smoothie


  • 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie Vanilla powder
  • 250mls milk of choice
  • A few ice cubes if making a cold version of the smoothie
  • 6 dates soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 – 3 minutes until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
  • Serves 1, approx 300 calories per serve.
