Hi everyone,
July was a great month for me, the 28 DayWeight Loss Challenge helped me to kick my weight loss plateau and I have now lost a total of 24.2kgs using the Lose Baby Weight plans and products. My starting weight in November was 95.2kgs and I’m now weighing in at 71kgs.
The last two weeks of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge were a little more challenging for me because I was unwell. The Healthy Mummy Smoothies were great to have when I wasn’t well enough to cook. For the first time ever I tried a green smoothie with vanilla smoothie mix, almond milk, avocado, banana and spinach. I was suprised that I actually liked it because it’s not something I’d usually go for.
I was disappointed to not be able to exercise as much as I usually do now, and I found myself feeling frustrated. Now that I’m feeling better, I’m back to doing some of the circuit exercises that were in the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. I love being able to get a good workout done in a short amount of time and I really recommend the 28 Day Challenge to everyone!
I am currently on a trip around Australia with my family and I’m determined to continue making healthy choices. A couple of times I’ve chosen a not-so-healthy meal when we’ve been out, but I haven’t enjoyed it as much as I thought. I think the reason the Lose Baby Weight program works for me is because it’s about achieving a healthy lifestyle and there are no pre-packaged meals or rules to follow. It puts you in control and makes you accountable. It’s really easy to overeat and put on weight when on holidays, but I’m motivated by all the family photos we’ll be taking.
Lose Baby Weight put me on the right track and I don’t want to have to start all over again. We are going to be doing a lot of active activities like bush walking and snorkelling, and I’ll try to get some gym workouts in too. While I’m travelling I’m not sure that I will have many opportunities to cook Lose Baby Weight recipes, but I’ll still be eating plenty of vegetables and healthy meals. I look forward to updating you on my progress when I’m back.
