Hi ladies!
I have had such a wonderful time being a Motivating Mummy this June and my weightloss is now at 24kg with Lose Baby Weight!
Being a motivating mum has helped keep me accountable, on track and inspire others just as I have been inspired with amazing women on the Lose Baby Weight Facebook page.
I also have some fun photos to look back on eating delicious snacks, lunches, dinners and making Jodie’s infamous Hedgehog slices!
I started my weight loss journey at 100.5kg, got to 87.5kg and decided Lose Baby Weight was the right path to take!
I’m so in love with Lose Baby Weight that I have set my facebook notifications to show me whenever someone posts in the group. This means that Lose Baby Weight is ALWAYS in the forefront of my mind and motivates me to eat well, move more and be POSITIVE! I love this little community!
My goals for this month were to lose weight, but more importantly, to feel stronger, become more toned and become happier too.
NON SCALE VICTORIES
- I can wear a size small! I haven’t worn a size small in F O R E V E R!
- My engagement ring needs to be resized. I’ve lost so much weight that now my fingers are losing fat too – haha!
- I have a gap between my thighs!
- I’ve lost 4cm around my hips, 3cm around my bust, 1cm around my waist and 3cm on my thighs while doing the June 28 day challenge.
- The other day someone wolf whistled at me. That hasn’t happened in years! 😛
- I have thigh and calf muscles! Visible ones!
The 28 day June challenge has taught me that my weight loss journey isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about being a healthy person. Mentally healthy and physically healthy.
I have been achieving this by making sure I eat properly (most of the time!!!), keeping up my water intake and moving more. The hardest part is starting, but once you get into the routine of things it will come naturally!
If you’ve been thinking about whether or not you should try the Lose Baby Weight smoothies or 28 day challenge – do it! You will thank yourself for it! I have a smoothie everyday which is full of vitamins and minerals ensuring I have enough nutrients for my body AND to produce nutritious milk for my baby. I feel amazing and know you can as well.
