Motivating mum Hayley Lloyd has lost an outstanding 25.8kg since starting on the Lose Baby weight plans in July 2014.
Today Hayley is talking about how she got her “mojo” back- a great read for any of us who have lost their way, over to you Hayley:

“January has been a good month for me. In December I lost my focus, I lost my mojo and I just couldn’t be bothered. I didn’t fall off the wagon but I just had this feeling of mental exhaustion, this feeling of “is this really worth it?” Well ladies, the answer is yes. Yes this is really worth it. Yes you are really worth it. Taking the time out to eat well and exercise will not only benefit your physical and mental health but your family will benefit greatly from a happy and healthy mum too.
At the start of January I did up a motivation board and I became super organised. I drew up some charts for the 100 Day Challenge and the 28 Day Weightloss Challenge, and I tick them off each day and make a note on if I had a good day both food and exercise wise. I have been doing weekly plans with help from the 28 Day Weightloss Challenge customisable menu and I have also been doing up weekly exercise plans incorporating both the 28 Day Challenge exercises and the Healthy Mummy DVD. Writing down my plans for the week ahead really helps me stay on track, I am so much more accountable when I have to tick stuff off. Being organised has really helped me to find my groove again and I am back to feeling fantastic.
I am over half way in my weight loss journey. I have lost 25.8kg and over 100cm from my whole body and have gone from a size 20/22 to a size 14/16 thanks to Lose Baby Weight. I only have 18.8kg to go which I am super excited about and super confident that I can do it. Over the past two months I have fallen in love with the Healthy Mummy Smoothies, I have them every morning for breaky and have even got my other half hooked too. I love how quick, easy and tasty they are! But what I love most is the endless flavour combos, I don’t get bored of them because every day I have a different flavour and am continuing to find new and exciting combos.
I have also been loving the January 28 Day Weightloss Challenge, this is my 3rd challenge and they keep getting better and better. Every morning my partner and I get up and do the exercises and it is the best start to the day. I have noticed that the days I don’t exercise in the morning I feel more sluggish and mentally tired too. The food is amazingly tasty as always. My fav dish has been the brown rice with sweet potato, peas and parmesan! It was to die for.
This month I also got the pleasure of meeting other mums on the Lose Baby Weight programs. It was amazing to meet other mums who have faced the same struggles I have in regards to my weight, they were all truly inspirational. It is actually one of the main things I love about Lose Baby Weight. All the success stories you read on the website, and all the support on the private facebook group comes from real mums facing the same or similar challenges to yourself.
I love that I can read someone’s story on the website and then go and speak to them on the facebook support group. I love how encouraging every single mum is and whenever I am having a hard time or a bad day I know that I will find encouragement from the blogs on the website and from the kind words and advice from the other mums. It is amazing to be following a program at the same time as so many other ladies. The support from the Lose Baby Weight team and mums following the plans is above and beyond what one could hope for when on a weight loss journey. I will forever be grateful for Rhian and the team in helping me to change my life for the better.
