To get started think about what gets you motivated? It could be pictures of your kids, family, wedding day, you at your goal weight or your favourite quotes, you can find many inspirational quotes on Pinterest or Google. You could have your health, fitness goals for e.g. aiming to run 5kms.
You can go down to your local craft shop, Spotlight or the Reject Shop to just name a few, to find many motivation board accessories, like pegs, stickers, boards, lots of pretty decorations to jazz up your Motivation Board!
