Here we are coming to the end of October!!!!!! My goal at the beginning of October was to reach 65kg, that means I had to lose 4.6kg.
With 13days left of October I had smashed it early and reached 65kg!!!!
Some of the questions I get asked a lot are: “How much exercise do you do?” and “How often do you exercise?”
People think that because I’ve dropped over 14kg in such an awesome amount of time that I must exercise like a crazy person all the time lol!
WRONG!!!
Yes I’ve grown to love exercising but it’s not like I work myself until I’m dying.
I use my Lose Baby Weight Healthy Mummy Post Pregnancy Exercise DVD at least three times a week sometimes more, it’s so convenient and easy to do!!!!
Also I keep active through out my entire day! I never sit down for longer than 15-20min at a time. I play with my children outside, running around chasing them, riding our bikes, jumping on the trampoline. Housework, yes housework keeps me busy too and I always incorporate squats and lunges when cleaning and hanging out washing.
So in conclusion you don’t need to exercise like crazy to get amazing results like me!!!! Just make a conscious decision to keep active throughout your day. I weighed 80kg at the beginning of July, and now in October I’m 65kg.

Ash’s Review On 28 Day Challenge
I don’t even know where to begin……
It is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!!!!!!
I’m a busy mum of three boys 5 and under. My partner works away so it’s my children and I by ourselves most of the time. So my time is very limited and I thought that the Challenge would be exactly that – a challenge.
BUT all the meals are already planned out for me, they take 10min max to prepare and even less time to eat them because they are soooooo delish that they don’t last long on my plate.
Even my fussy eating children love them!!!
I started the Challenge with Round 1, the July Challenge and I’m currently doing the September Challenge. Since starting the Challenges I have lost 8.8kg (4.4 in Sept)!!!!!!!!!! Yep 8.8kg of fat gone – bye bye.
Lose Baby Weight and the team behind it have created an amazing program for mummies everywhere!!!
I’m now a Challenge subscriber, I count down the days, hours, minutes until the next Challenge begins and when it is the month in between I simply redo the last Challenge.
It has given me my life back!!!
