I started out with the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and the Lose Baby Weight 28 day plan. In the first week I lost 1.9kg, I couldn’t believe how easy it was and I’ve never looked back since!
I’ve had good and bad weeks but I always manage to pick myself back up again when I fall off the wagon. It’s funny, I’ve actually had people walk past me in the street and not recognise me!
At the moment I’m mainly focusing on toning up, which is by far the hardest part, I’ve purchased the Healthy Mummy Post Pregnancy Exercise DVD and am starting to see results.
I love the Lose Baby Weight website, I go through the healthy eating recipes each fortnight and plan my meals which as a bonus saves me money as well!
I’ve spent a lot of time doing victory dances in change rooms after picking something off the rack, thinking there is no way I’ll fit into this, then trying it on and feeling fabulous!
I’ve gone from a size 14 to a 9-10 and lost a total of 18kg. My goal is to get to 60kg. It’s amazing how much better I feel!
