I cannot believe I’m writing my end of month blog!
I have thoroughly enjoyed being a Motivating Mum this month. Not only am I motivating you, but I’m keeping myself accountable and being healthy.
My family has really enjoyed all the meals this month. I’m really focused on my eating and have found myself more in control of my diet while being Motivating Mum.
My son asked if I could still be The Healthy Mummy as we have the best food!
I’m a very busy mum, whose focus is to be healthy, maintain my loss and educate my children how important it is to eat healthy. We are a busy family, where my three boys all play football, so train 3 nights a week.
On these nights I make sure I meal prep, because if I don’t it is too easy to grab a pizza or fish and chips.
I’m not perfect and believe me I do eat a fair bit of rubbish food, especially on the days I’m tired and drained. But I just compensate in my next day’s meals and keep it at that.
I don’t dwell on why I did, I just move on. I find if I sit here and feel sorry for myself, then my old eating habits form.
Fingers crossed for next month – I’m hoping to keep up the healthy meals! And I am really looking forward to the slow cooker challenge, which has just started!!
