Hi my name is Lisa and I started with the Lose Baby Weight plans on June 5th after having my third baby in 2.5 years, weighing 70.5 kg.
As of the 11th November I weigh 59.5 kg.
My initial goal was 60kgs but I recently changed that to 58kgs, which was the weight I was when I got married.
I started with The Healthy Mummy Smoothies and calorie counting and now I use that in conjunction with the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges – which I absolutely love – they are perfect for busy mums
I still have a lot of toning work to get to where I would like to be, and can’t wait to post a photo of myself when I am looking toned and terrific.
