Thanks to your plans, including the latest November 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and the Healthy Mummy Smoothies I have now lost a total of 14 kgs. And have way exceeded my goal.

I am loving trying new meals and creating something different for my family, but knowing it’s actually healthy. Even the hubby is loving the meals and is also reaping the benefits.
I had only originally set out to lose a few kgs as I didn’t hold much hope for me sticking to yet “another” diet, but that’s just it, its not a “diet” it’s a lifestyle change and one that is forever for me.
Thanks again Lose Baby Weight, I can now fit into clothes that I had banished to the back of the cupboard, and I am fitter and healthier and most importantly more confident and happier than ever.
