I’m Laura and I have been a Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Challenge member since September.
I became a mum for the first time in June and have to date lost 17.2kg. The past month the scales haven’t moved but I have noticed an amazing increase in muscle, fitness level and photos. The photos bellow are from August 22 which was my start and the 6th November.
I’m not perfect I come off track a lot but I keep going. I have found new ways to make exercise fun and inspiring. I love helping to inspire and motivate people and prove anything can be achieved when you put your mind to it!
