With over 600 recipes in the Challenge hub to choose from it was hard to narrow down a favourite! But the Strawberry Granola is so quick and easy to prepare and my 4 kids love to eat it as well.
I often make up a massive batch of the Granola and store in an airtight  container in the pantry and this helps to make breakfast time (or even an after dinner dessert) even quicker!

Strawberry Granola

An easy to prepare and nutritious, crunchy breakfast.



  • 1/3 cups rolled oats (40 grams)
  • 1 teaspoons honey (5 mls)
  • 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil (2.5 mls)
  • 1 tablespoons Greek reduced fat, natural yoghurt (20 grams)
  • Approximately 1 1/4 strawberries (15 grams)


  • Place oats in a non-stick fry pan with the coconut oil and the honey and toss until golden.
  • Place in a bowl and top with sliced strawberries and yoghurt.
  • Serve immediately.
