Hi, my name is Karen Mundie and I started the Lose Baby Weight program in April, shortly after I gave birth to my second child.

Since starting the Lose Baby Weight plans I have lost almost 15kgs and two/three dress sizes and am currently weighing in at 76kgs and have never felt more comfortable in my clothes and my own skin.
