My name is Jess! I am 27 years old and a first time mum to my baby boy Blake who is 5 months old. I am SO excited to be one of the Motivating Mums for September!

I had a difficult birth which meant I couldn’t do any exercise other than walking for 3 months. I felt unmotivated and didn’t really bother walking. I was in a horrible cycle of eating lots of junk food and not being active which left me feeling, tired, lethargic and feeling bad about myself. I came across the Lose Baby Weight page on Facebook where I saw so many amazing transformations of every day mums like myself. What I really loved the sound of, was that you could safely follow this 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan while breast feeding!

I ordered the Trial Kit which contains a tub of the Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, the 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan Book and the Pink Weight Loss ebook. I love the Healthy Mummy Smoothies! They are so yummy and versatile and for me, being in and out of the house all the time with a newborn, the Healthy Mummy Smoothies made for the perfect breakfast and sometimes lunch as well.
The recipes and exercises from the 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan as well as the recipes from the Lose Baby Weight website are great! Sometimes it just feels too hard to think of what to have for dinner, but with the recipes right there, it took the thinking away. The meals are filling and very satisfying, even my husband enjoys them when he isn’t away for work.

I was very fit before falling pregnant but relaxed a bit too much for most of the 9 months. I have a massive sweet tooth!
I have lost 3kg so far with Lose Baby Weight and I am feeling great! I have another 4kg until my goal weight and then I want to tone and gain muscle. Being only, 155cm in height, every kilo shows!
I have signed up for my first 28 Day Challenge starting 1st of September and I could’t be more keen! For me, my biggest down fall is lack of organisation, but I know that this challenge is exactly what I need to get organised and start smashing my goals! I am determined to see this challenge to the very end and continue this healthy lifestyle!

Over the coming weeks, I really want to focus on increasing my water intake, planning and prepping all of my meals for the 28 Day Challenge and being active everyday, with the exercises from the 28 Day September Challenge and the Healthy Mummy Post Pregnancy Exercise DVD. I am really keen to lift my fitness levels and would love to be running 5km by the end of September.
I have two mini trips in September and I am determined to stay on track! I am going to get my za za zing back! And I am going to do this alongside all of you beautiful, inspiring mums!

I will be providing updates and progress shots throughout the month and hope that I can, in any way, help motivate you through our healthy journeys together!
